Sale Items : Orders over US$250 free shipping.
Full Price Items : Orders over US$350 free shipping.
Customs and other import duties and fees may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Failure to remit payment of import fees may result in the abandonment of the shipment and will result in the forfeiting of refund and replacement options. Shipping times may vary based on the shipping location. Please note that we are unable to offer expedited shipping at this time.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once your items have been processed (this can take 5-7 business days), you will be sent a shipping reference for your records.
Shipping period may be longer than usual during busy period. E.g. Christmas, New Year, etc.
RETURN POLICY
You may return or exchange items purchased online within 48 hours of receiving, the cost of shipping a return is the responsibility of the customer.
- No "change of mind" policy;
- "Defected goods" is only acceptable reason for return;
- Photo evidence proof of defects must be provided within 48 hours upon received;
- Return item/s must be unused, unworn, tags still attached, all original packagings must be included, branded reseal bag must be undamaged.
- All refund will be issued via Paypal;
- Customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs;
- Tracking number must be provided for all return;
- Original shipping costs will be deducted once we proceed refund for a return package;
- PLEASE NOTE THAT SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND.
- Refund will NOT be issued if return failed to shipped within 7 days upon received.
